Cordia’s Concierge Living vs. Traditional Independent Living
You talked, Cordia listened. We took Cordia’s traditional independent living package, unbundled it and removed some of the services that our Concierge Living residents use less often. We then combined this with our newly renovated apartments designed specifically for our Concierge Living residents. The end result? The ultimate in flexible, worry-free and community-based living.

- 15 monthly chef-prepared meals in our dining room or pub (with additional meals available)
- Bi-weekly housekeeping and linen service

- Access to all Cordia community spaces for programs, fitness classes and larger social events
- Targeted programs and excursions designed to keep life interesting and engaging
- Assistance with booking appointments and scheduling transportation

Affordable Independence
Concierge Living offers a maintenance-free lifestyle at an approachable price. Monthly rates start at $4,150 for a one-bedroom apartment and $5,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. A one-time initiation fee of $4,000 secures your residence, and there are no large upfront payments required.
