The Commons
The Village at Grand Traverse Commons is a sprawling enclave of century-old Victorian-Italianate buildings that is the heart of the largest historic preservation project in Michigan history. Just a stone’s throw from the quaint streets of downtown Traverse City, the 63-acre Village campus is home to weekly farmers’ markets, year-round festivals, wine tasting rooms, fine dining, casual eateries and coffee shops, a bakery, boutiques, and much more.
